The famed Columbia Valley, located in Washington State, is known for growing quality grapes that make up the premium wines produced in the region. In 2004, two Washington wine industry veterans came together with the common ambition to showcase not only the quality of the Columbia Valley vineyards but also their love of fine red wine blends. These two visionaries synchronized their efforts and cross conventional boundaries to create Pendulum.

Plenty of fruit and balance to this delicious red with medium body, polished tannins and an attractive berry, chocolate and walnut aftertaste. A blend of 39% merlot, 19% petit verdot, 17% cabernet sauvignon, 10% malbec, 8% syrah, 4% cabernet franc and 3% petite sirah. Delicious now.

Light aromas of spice, plum and cherry lead to a palate chock-full of blue fruit flavors, backed by lightly astringent tannins that soften over time. Give it brief time in the decanter to see it at its best. There's a lot of quality and value to be had.
