The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Yakima Valley shows off slightly sweet and ripe blackberry and black cherry tones alongside suggestions of tar, coffee grounds and garrigue on the palate. Medium-bodied, with bright acidity, this is an excellent value to enjoy over the next seven-plus years.

The aromas are bright and red fruit driven, with notes of raspberry, cranberry, rhubarb, orange essence, clove and dried herbs, displaying freshness. The palate shows the elegance of the vintage, with the flavors dipping in the middle before coming back together on the finish. Perhaps some time will fill in the gaps, but it's pretty delightful as is, especially for the price.
