Vinified entirely by Jadot, the 2018 Gevrey-Chambertin Village (Maison Louis Jadot) displays aromas of red berries, cassis, smoked meats, orange rind and rich soil tones. On the palate, it's medium-bodied, lively and structured, with fine but chalky tannins that will round out further by the time the wine is bottled.

The 2018 Gevrey-Chambertin Village has a refined bouquet of ample red cherry and crushed strawberry fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, lightly spiced and armed with a peppery and quite generous finish. This has a lot to offer and should drink well over the next decade.
