It ages in tonneaux for 22 months, of which only 30% is new oak, yet that is more than enough to impart savory tones, soft tannins and rich textural support to this full-bodied Sangiovese. Production is 33,000 bottles.

This vivid red delivers telltale Sangiovese notes of iron, sanguine and tobacco that seep into a core of cherry and raspberry. Turns sleeker and more focused on the finish, where the fruit, mineral and savory elements converge. Best from 2025 through 2042. 2,750 cases made, 400 cases imported.
