Trim Wines was founded in 2011 by veteran winemaker and vineyard owner Ray Signorello Jr.. Ray was born into the wine business. His father, Ray Sr., founded the highly regarded Signorello Estate in the mid 1970’s and Ray is an ambassador for Signorello Estate and its two sister wineries, Edge and Fuse. The Trim winemaking team works with some of the best vineyards from the North Coast of California to produce a high-quality, fruit-forward, well balanced Cabernet Sauvignon.
