The 2018 Sauvignon Blanc, from vineyards in Yountville and Commbsville, was barrel fermented in 30% new French oak and aged in stainless steel. It opens with beautiful peach blossoms, fresh green apples and lemonade notes with touches of lime leaves, coriander seed and paraffin wax.
