The 2015 Salto Moscofilero Wild Yeast is not my favorite this year. Typically, this is one of my most coveted Moschos. I'm not sure it is up to snuff. The regular Moscho seems far more expressive and quite interesting. Not to say this is bad. Its concentration is modest, but it is always on the more elegant side. It is still fresh and transparent, but it does fall off quickly and lacks the expressive flavors of the regular bottling, where that bottling manages to make its point even with relatively modest concentration. In its youth, this may still be a touch closed. I've seen them blossom before. Right now, I'd say that it has its moments, but it is off its normal pace.
