The NV Brut Premier Cru Cuvee de Reserve shows a touch more richness and weight than the Tradition. Warm, slightly oxidative notes add complexity and depth to the fruit, while the finish reflects those qualities in its harmonious, creamy personality. The Cuvee de Reserve is 33% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Meunier and 33% Pinot Noir, mostly 2004 vintage, with some 2005. The wine underwent malolactic fermentation and dosage was 8 grams per liter.
