This limited edition made with the traditional coupage macabeo xarel-lo and parellada and some chardonnay is an original piece to commemorate the centenary of catalan modernism. An icon for its unique style where elegance the inspiration of nature and creativity enveloped an era of splendor (1920-2020). A pale straw yellow color. Fine well integrated and long lasting bubbles. Primary aromas that come from the grape varieties – citrus almond blossom and so on – are accompanied by a background of brioche and dried fruit added by the process of lees ageing. On the palate it has a delicate sparkle and balanced freshness even in the sweeter dosages. It is ideal as an aperitif or served alongside tapas. Its different dosages make it particularly versatile.
