The super 2017 Saint Peray Fleur de Roc is a selection of old vines (95% Marsanne and 5% Roussanne), all aged in 400-liter casks. It offers notes of toasted hazelnuts, ripe melon and citrus. It's medium to full-bodied, with a creamy, concentrated feel to the mid-palate and a long, silky finish. It's delicious now, so why wait?

White blossom and tangerine zest are shaded by earth and nut in this juicy, gorgeously fruity Marsanne (augmented by just 5% Roussanne). Vinified and aged primarily in oak (25% new), it's delightfully plush but maintains crisp lemon and pear flavors, too. Drinks nicely now but should hold through 2025.
