The 2019 Pouilly-Fuisse Le Clos is the smallest single vineyard (0.63ha) owned by the domaine. It has a well defined, walnut and citrus scented nose with touches of brioche emerging with aeration. The palate is beautifully balanced with the oak neatly integrated (25%). It is elegant yet intense on the finish with veins of orange zest and spice lingering in the mouth. Just superb.

The 2019 Pouilly-Fuissé Tête de Cru Le Clos offers up notions of pear, crisp stone fruit, mirabelle plum and praline. Medium to full-bodied, concentrated and precise, with a bright, tightly wound core of fruit, tangy acids and a long, sapient finish, this has turned out very well.
