The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is a charming, easygoing wine to drink now and over the next handful of years, while the fruit remains vibrant. Sweet red cherry, mocha, cedar, leather and vanillin are nicely pushed forward. I would prefer to drink it over the next handful of years.

Lastly, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon has plenty of spiced plum, dried herb, candied violet, and vanilla-like aromatics that give way to a medium-bodied, charming, nicely textured, ready-to-go Cabernet Sauvignon that, as Napa Valley Cabernet goes, represents a good value.

Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon delivers open-knit scents of stewed plums, baked blackberries and fertile loam with wafts of tobacco leaf, dried herbs and pencil lead. Medium-bodied, the palate gives a good amount of dried black berry flavors with a chewy texture and spicy finish.
