After an attack on subtle, ripe black fruit and spice notes, the black fruit flavours expand on the mid-palate before giving way to spice notes and attractive roasted coffee-bean flavours on a dense finish underpinned by refined tannins. Pair with Prime rib, lamb shoulder, duck magret with green pepper sauce.
