The 2018 Big Easy is a dense, plush opulent wine. The Big Easy fills the palate with masses of dark fruit, suggesting an ample, full-bodied character wine. Dark cherry, chocolate, licorice, new oak, leather and spice all build as the 2018 shows off its exuberant personality. A touch of new oak adds mid-palate richness and sweetness.

One of the finest vintages I've tasted, the 2020 The Big Easy brings more elegance and purity than usual and has a beautiful bouquet of blue fruits, game, iron, and bay leaf. Medium to full-bodied on the palate, it has silky tannins, a layered, satisfying mouthfeel, and a great finish. The blend is 52% Syrah, 24% Petite Sirah, 18% Grenache, and the rest Cabernet Sauvignon, aged 21 months in 15% new French and American oak.

A jammy blend that's fun to drink, with bold, fruit-forward blackberry, mocha and spiced pepper flavors that finish with refined tannins. Syrah, Petite Sirah and Grenache.

Smoked black cherries, roasted meats, lilac and oak make for an intriguingly floral while meaty nose on this popular, New Orleans-inspired red blend. It's smooth and suave entering the palate, where well-integrated oak flavors and tannins frame the black-cherry fruit. It will be great for barbecues.
