Winemaker Notes: The Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has notes of of black cherry, blackberry and plum are complemented by hits of toasted oak, dried currant and baking spice. Fine-grained tannins and ample brightness on the palate give way to a polished mouthfeel and exceptionally long finish.

Tastes like a $100 bottle! We had it with a pitet filet mignon with some sautéed onions and potatoes and it was about as good as it gets. You get the rose pedals and tobacco on the nose and a jam packed mouthfeel with blackberries and dried meats - think South African Biltong thats smoked and seasoned.

A fruity red with currants, blueberries, black olives and a hint of dark chocolate. Medium to full body, creamy tannins and a flavorful finish. Drink or hold.

This tilts to heady, with an overt ripeness to its plum, blackberry and acai compote notes. There's a lacing of cocoa and alder, plus a late tug of tar to give this form. Offers a toothy plum skin feel on the finish, though that hints at ambitious extraction. For fans of the style. Drink now through 2032. 25,000 cases made.
