Their vineyard sites are farmed sustainably, including a flock of sheep that remove the excess canopy, reduce the need for chemicals, and provide natural fertilizer (gross). Urgency Pinot Noir is balanced and delicious, with dark red cherry, cranberry, and black tea aromas and flavors. Amazing value.
