This has an extremely creamy texture with beautiful aromas and flavors of pears and sliced green apples. Medium body. Delicious fruit. Drink now. James Suckling, November 25, 2018

The 2021 Prosecco Superiore Relio Rive di Guia is distinctly savory and intriguing, with notes of cardamon, curry and Comté mixing with dusty dried flowers and apricots. Its silky textures soothe as a fine bead of citrus-tinged bubbles gives way to ripe nectarine and nuances of young peach. This finishes medium in length while leaving a salty flourish that lingers. With such an explosive bouquet, I wasn't expecting such a delicate and pretty Prosecco throughout. In the end, it works quite well.

The 2021 Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze Dry shows a pretty level of sweetness that is supported by fine, soft beading. The wine is steady and creamy with plenty of stone fruit, pastry cream and yellow rose. This wine has the softness and the volume to pair with spicy Indian vegetarian appetizers. Production is 25,000 bottles.
