The 2016 Oublie offers exotic notes of ripe blueberries, crushed violets, peppery spice, and blood orange in its full-bodied, beautifully pure, elegant profile. It has ripe tannins, good acidity, and is an undeniably beautiful wine. A blend of Grenache and Mourvèdre that saw plenty of stems, drink this sexy red any time over the coming 7-8 years. Eric Jensen’s Booker Vineyards continues to make a ripe, sexy, pedal-to-the-metal syle of wine and these latest 2016s don’t disappoint.

This bruiser is powerfully built and framed by lively tannins and acidity, layered with boysenberry, crushed stone and white pepper flavors that build toward big-shouldered tannins. Hands off for now. Grenache, Mourvedre and Syrah. Best from 2020 through 2026. 2,550 cases made.
