Smoke Tree wines are made by Joel Burt, the winemaker of Domaine Chandon. The grapes are sourced from Russian River Valley, Carneros and Sonoma Coast. 15,000 cases of each varietal are made at a custom crush facility and aged at the winery of Domaine Chandon.
