From the renowned talent behind the highly coveted Hundred Acre collection comes a “21st Century Claret” of unreserved energy and generosity. Some of the fruit for Fortunate Son even hails from Jayson Woodbridge’s own Hundred Acre vineyards, joined by fruit from select family vineyards he’s negotiated to farm. The Diplomat is mostly Cabernet Sauvignon, familiar territory for Woodbridge, supported by Merlot and Petite Sirah. Bright notes of Morello cherries and black raspberries soar above a profound core of cassis with licorice and tobacco. The palate is plush with layers of powerful black fruit and a long, earthy finish. |

Authentic liquor of exceptional power - thanks to the 130 plants that compose it. It is the only world-famous GREEN liqueur entirely made from natural elements, and to age in oak casks and in bottles. She is powerful and different. To bring out the aromas, Chartreuse is consumed with ice cubes. Traditionally, it is considered a digestif, but more and more connoisseurs are also tasting it in cocktails. |

It is made with the same plants as the Chartreuse Verte, but in different proportions, it offers scents of flowers, honey and spices. Only two Chartreux Brothers know the names of the plants and know how to mix and distill them. They are also the only ones who know which plants to use to give natural green and yellow colors. It is they who control the slow aging of the liquor and decide when the liquor is ready to be bottled. |

Beautiful dark colour with glints of violet and black. Very fine complex, delicate nose, despite the wine's youth. The oak and toasted notes blend perfectly with the freshness, reflecting well-managed barrel-ageing. On the palate the attack is pure and delicate. Initially slightly closed, the wine gradually invades the palate, evolving with substantial volume, but never becoming aggressive. This creates a sensation of both power and lightness. The Cabernet Sauvignon develops more density towards the end of the mid-palate. The wine is very long and remains perfectly balanced throughout the finish. Should be at its peak in15 to 20 years. |

In 2006, Don Julio, with his family, planted their final agave field. In honor of his devotion and craftsmanship, this agave harvest was carefully distilled, barreled, and set aside for a special use. To preserve this tequila and the exquisite agave piñas behind it, we have implemented a Solera aging system. The Solera aging method combines and matures tequilas of different characteristics finished in unique casks, allowing the final agave harvest to remain at the heart of this rare Extra Añejo Tequila. Our Ultima Reserva has been rested in oak, previously used to age bourbon, and finished in Madeira wine-seasoned casks. Salud, to creating only the exceptional. |

This wine is elegant and well balanced, with a good structure and aroma. Ruby red in colour with purple hues, it offers light hints of raisins, sophisticated notes of vanilla, black pepper, cloves and cinnamon. It has a long, velvety finish and soft tannins. Palazzo della Torre easily pairs with various Italian dishes, above all risottos, especially those flavoured with saffron, porcini mushrooms and pork; classic dishes such as pasta with Amatriciana and Carbonara sauces, baked lasagna, gnocchi with gorgonzola cheese and walnuts; grilled meats and roasts. It also excels when matched with Parma ham and fine-cured Zibello pork loin, as well as medium-matured cheeses, especially Parmigiano Reggiano (Parmesan), pecorino and Monte Veronese.
The delightful aroma of raisined grapes is enhanced if the wine is served at 18° C in a large wine glass. |

WS # 3 Wine of 2023 Stretching over some 100 hectares in the commune of Pauillac, the vineyards of Lynch-Bages sit among favourably designed hillcrests located south and southwest of the city. Located at the 45th parallel, 50 km north of Bordeaux, the terroir of Lynch-Bages enjoys a temperate climate.
Lynch-Bages Estate owes part of its name to the ancient hamlet of Bages, which for centuries was home to generations of winemakers.
The area of “Batges” is mentioned as early back as the sixteenth century in the terriers (estate records) of Lafite. In 1749, The property passed into the Lynch family for seventy-five years.
Lynch-Bages is classified among the Fifth Growths in the prestigious 1855 Classification.

Medium bodied with ripe plum, black currant, and blackberry flavors with a touch of mint. Cedar and dusty earth emerge on the long, layered finish. David Gordon has been the wine director at Tribeca Grill, the famed New York City restaurant since 1990. Owned by restaurateur Drew Nieporent and actor Robert DeNiro, Tribeca Grill features a dynamic wine program with a list of over 1800 selections and is a Grand Award winner from the Wine Spectator-one of only 6 in New York City.
David created the Bacchus label to offer great value California wine by utilizing the many contacts he has in Napa and Sonoma to source the finest grapes available. Producers such as Caymus, Lewis Cellars and Miner Family provided grapes and helped with the winemaking for earlier cuvées. The wineries that are currently used wish to remain anonymous, but the quality has remained very high.
