Thomas Barton Graves Blanc Reserve 2010
This elegant wine has a complex nose featuring citrus and white fruit, with mineral and well-integrated oaky overtones. It has great balance and good acidity, which gives the wine a long aftertaste. Delightful with sea bass in a lobster coulis, salmon gratin, sole and turbot.
Wine EnthusiastWith its layers of wood, the wine has weight. Herbaceous characters are mixed with ripe pear flavors. There is a good, tight final texture.
