The Pinot Project Pinot Noir is handcrafted from high quality Sonoma County, Monterey, and Central Coast vineyards. The diversity in soil and climate from these AVAs contributes to depth in character, balance, and pristine fruit. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and then destemmed in order to express bright fruit flavors and maintain freshness.

Mark West California Pinot Noir 2014A pleasing mix of black cherry, cola, strawberry, plum, and soft tannins. Pairs perfectly with: Juicy cheeseburger, grilled salmon,or Thanksgiving with all of the fixings.
Bodegas Borsao Campo de Borja 2015Cherry red with violet nuances. Has a ripe fruit nose with floral tones. Full bodied wine, spicy and with a complex and long aftertaste.
Evel Douro Red 2014The Evel Tinto is produced from vines planted at Quinta das Carvalhas, Quinta dos Aciprestes and Quinta de Cidrô, located in Pinhão, Vale do Tua and São João da Pesqueira. The first two locations benefit from a warm climate where wines are structured and elegante while Quinta de Cidrô benefits from a cool climate that permits the slow maturation of grapes and the production of aromatic wines with smooth tanins. The Evel Red is considered a typical Douro reference, with aromas of red fruit and green notes, typical for the region. It reveals itself very balanced, flavourful and round with a good structure and a fruity, persistent finish.
Casa Santos Lima Colossal Reserva Red 2014With an intense rubi colour, this wine presents itself with a great concentration in the nose. Extremely rich aroma with predominance of red ripe frutis and some floral notes, well integrated with notes of spices coming from the ageing in French and American aok barrels. In the mouth it shows great complexity with notes of plums and blackberries. The finish is rich and elegant.
Lapostolle Cuvée Alexandre Sauvignon Blanc 2014Color: Pale yellow with bright hints. Nose: Intense and elegant. Aromas of white fruit such as golden berries, pear and ginger. Palate: Fresh acidity and good volume with citrus peel flavors and a long and persistent finish. Service and Food Pairing: Serve chilled between 6 and 8°C (42 and 46°F), Enjoy with razor clams avocado and mango salad; sea urchin ceviche or crab legs.
Bogle Old Vine Zinfandel 2015For years, Bogle winemakers have sought out vines ranging in age from 60 to 80 years old for our Old Vine Zinfandel. These gnarly head- trained and dry farmed pioneers produce low yields of small, concentrated clusters of fruit, producing incredibly intense and flavorful wines. Greeted with sun-ripened raspberries and freshly ground white peppercorns on the nose, this Zinfandel is saturated with flavors of red berries and cranberries. Laced with a hint of savory herb in the background, the traditional tones of juniper lead to a full and ripe finish, while 12 months of aging in two year old barrels wraps the wine in spicy oak and a touch of vanilla wafer. A Few of Our Favorite Pairings: Grilled Sausages with Caramelized Onions and Peppers, Tandoori Chicken, Gorgonzola Cheese.
Greystone Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon 2015Color: A rich garnet red. Aroma: Raspberry and plum aromas are layered with graham cracker, cocoa powder, and vanilla. Taste: The bright entry enhances the plum fruit flavors and minerality through the core of this wine. Oak highlights the mid-palate to finish with tobacco, vanilla and toasty notes.
Chasing Venus Sauvignon Blanc 2017The 2017 is a lovely pale straw color with intoxicating aromas of citrus and passion fruit. Vibrant, mouthwatering flavors of grapefruit, pineapple and lime zest fill the palate. Nice minerality on the refreshingly long finish. Pairings: This Sauvignon Blanc is great on its own as an apertif or paired with oysters, sushi, gazpacho or spicy Thai chicken noodles.

Ataliva Malbec 2016An entry-level offering from Bodega Benegas, Ataliva is made with 100% Malbec grapes sourced from the Upper bank of the Mendoza River and from Tupungato's Uco Valley. Aged in French oak barrels (2nd and 3rd use) for about 6 months. At 14.5% Ataliva is a big wine and there is enough structure to balance the fruit and ripeness and subtle earthy elements lend a welcome savory aspect. Enjoy with grilled meat and BBQ.
Big Bill Red Blend 2016William ‘Big Bill’ Millar, boxing champ, decorated war hero, Springbok rugby captain and the first General Manager of KWV from 1924 to 1942, is the inspiration behind Big Bill, a new wine brand that offers unusual blend appeal that is larger than life, just as Big Bill was. This vibrant red blend shows upfront strawberry, cherry and mulberry aromas with hints of peppery spice and dark chocolate on the nose. The silky tannin structure is complimented by sweet fruit on the palate which contributes to the long, Iingering finish. Bogle Petite Sirah 2015Petite Sirah is known for its concentration and intensity, the 2015 vintage is no exception. Inky purple in the glass, this deeply colored wine resonates with juicy blueberries and hints of freshly turned earth. Succulent and savory notes of dark berries and roasted spices create a supple and mouth-filling texture. Aging in American oak for 12 months captures and concentrates the flavors, leading to a finish with chalky and chewy tannins laced with vanilla, toasted brown sugar and dark cocoa. Pairings: Smoked lamb shoulder with rosemary, braised short ribs with blackberry barbecue sauce, smoked gouda cheese.
