A rich pale golden wine with a complex aroma of baked apples, honey and exotic fruits, while still keeping the flinty mineral taste of all the wines of the area. It is a most unusual and sophisticated wine. It is good with foie gras, asparagus, charcuterie and scallops, or as an aperitif.
