SAXUM BONE ROCK 2022 750

Based on 77% Syrah, 10% Graciano, 8% Mataro, 3% Petite Sirah, and 2% Roussanne from the James Berry Vineyard, the 2022 Bone Rock was fermented with 22% stem inclusion and aged in 84% new 225-liter French oak. Darker berry fruits, pepper, leather, crushed stone, and dried herbs/sage all define this full-bodied, deep, rich, and pure wine. It has beautiful tannins, no hard edges, and ripe, polished tannins that make this killer stuff. Drink bottles any time over the coming 15-20 years. Drink 2025-2045.
