The 2021 Chardonnay Hyde Vineyard was barrel fermented and matured for 16 months in 23% new French oak. It opens with notes of flint and allspice that slowly give way to lemon, quince and acacia. The palate balances a satiny, mouth-coating texture with tangy acidity. It offers concentrated, gently creamy flavors and a long, energetic finish. 387 cases were made.
