Delivers emphatic floral lift on the impressively long, gently tannic finish. Made with 40% whole clusters and raised in neutral oak demi-muids.

The 2019 Châteauneuf Du Pape Le Songe De Catherine is also brilliant. All Grenache that was mostly destemmed and aged 19 months in used demi-muids, it offers a ruby/translucent hue as well as a gorgeous nose of raspberries, dried cherries, Provençal garrigue, and spice box. All about finesse and elegance on the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, perfectly balanced, and has a great finish. It's another best-to-date from this team.
