The palate shows much the same polish, carrying bright blue-fruit flavors across a bedrock of muscular tannins and driven acidity. This finishes long and very grainy yet succulent. This is concentrated, with vanilla, cedar and toast notes framing black cherry and plum fruit. The tannins are present and well-proportioned, lending support without dominating.
