A pale ruby red color. Fine, delicate and persistent fragrance with trace scents that bring to mind forest strawberries and raspberries. Pleasantly bitter taste, velvety, at once light and full. A wine well suited to red meats on the spit and grilled, game, truffled fondue, agnolotti, Italian gourmet dishes of white and red meats, also with spiced sauces.

Pouring a bright transparent red hue, the 2023 Langhe Nebbiolo Ochetti is attractive and expressive on the nose, with pure notes of wild strawberries, fresh flowers, dusty earth, and fresh herbs. The palate is also nicely detailed, with refreshing acidity, fine tannins, and a citrus-noted finish. A very nicely styled Langhe Nebbiolo, it should hold up well over the next 4-5 years.
