Enough can't be said about the quality of the Rieslings from this estate, and the 2018 Riesling Eroica might be the best yet. Fabulous notes of sugared limes, lychee, and sweet citrus all flow to a medium-bodied, bright, clean, racy Riesling that has perfectly balanced acidity and sugar. Coming all from the Evergreen Vineyard, drink it any time over the coming 4-5 years. I suspect it will keep even longer, if you're so inclined. Don't let the price fool you, this is terrific.

The aromas are vibrant, with notes of lime leaf, whole lime and wet slate. Medium-bodied, off-dry lime and white-peach flavors follow, with mouthwatering acidity upping the interest. Nestea Iced Tea notes linger on the finish. Delicious stuff. Pair it with shrimp ceviche with diced mango and lime juice.
