The 2020 Jayson Sauvignon Blanc is a tank sample, going to bottle the first week of March. It leaps from the glass with notes of fresh lemon juice, gooseberries and fresh limes plus hints of chalk dust, wet pebbles, wild sage and white peach. Medium-bodied, the palate is super crisp, clean and laser focused with bags of citrusy flavors and a long steely finish. 1,400 cases will be made

The white is light and airy, but with a core of peach and citrus flavors that show lots of intensity, backed by hints of marmalade and candied ginger, plus plenty of mouthwatering acidity. Drink now. 1,400 cases made.

This is a high-toned, bright wine with a complementary sense of richness and sleekness on the palate. Fig, honeysuckle and honey appear both in flavor and aromatically, with notes of wet stone.
