Soaring acidity and a lively mouthfeel power this wine. Aromas of blackcap raspberries, violets, dark chocolate and a touch of blood orange make for a lovely perfume. Blackberry and walnut flavors are joined by a tart note of rooibos tea. Try it with a burger smothered in porcini mushrooms.

The 2022 Pinot Noir Two Estates is darkly floral with suggestions of dried black cherry and roses complicated by ashen stone. Soft and round, this flows across the palate with cooling minerality, lifting generous red and blue fruit. It leaves a tart wild berry concentration staining, finishing with medium length and lightly tannic.
