The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon ARK Vineyard features a deep bouquet of cassis, blue and black fruits, violets, roasted coffee beans, and aged leather. It’s full-bodied, complex, and textured on the palate. This is a masterclass in wine that balances beauty and sensuality, finishing long and silky smooth.100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for 34 months in 100% new French oak (10% in 500L puncheons). We use the finest, center cut French oak barrique with stave wood hand-selected for ultra-tight grain, then air dried for three years before being made into barrels.
