The Juan Gil Red Blend consists of 45% Monastrell, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Syrah fermented and matured separately for 12 months. This full-bodied red has abundant fruit with an oak influence. The dark raspberry notes blend nicely with the spice and cedar elements. The finish is bold with an espresso/chocolate note that is quite intriguing.
