Vina Robles Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Aromas of roasted black cherry, fig, caramel and milk chocolate make for a rich and gooey entry to the nose of this appellation blend. Lavish, creamy and smooth tannins frame the sip, where roasted plum, fig and raisin flavors are framed by a more rigid structure toward the finish.

Deep ruby. Pungent, high-pitched aromas of cherry, cassis, tobacco and succulent herbs. Juicy and refreshingly spicy, offering vibrant dark berry and bitter cherry flavors accented by a spicy black pepper flourish. Gains sweetness on the long, chewy finish, which features subtle tannins and appealing sweetness.

Offering notes of cedarwood, sappy green herbs, tobacco, and crushed stone, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is ripe and nicely textured. A solid red delivering plenty of ripeness, it's round, lush, and delicious.
