Dusty yellow flowers, incense and dried apples form the 2020 Nebbiolo II Mimo's delicate and understated bouquet. This is juicy and soft in feel, with a mix of citrus-tinged red fruits and minerals that create a more tactile feel toward the close. The mouth waters for more through the tension-filled finale, tapering off to notes of sour melon contrasted by a hint of sweet brown spice. A bit more time in bottle should help to bring forward more of the II Mimo's aromatic depths.
