The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc from Momo, which is part of the Seresin stable, charts a restrained path. It may be bright and fresh, but it is far from an exuberant expression, with subtle white talc, fresh apple and citrus marking its aromatic profile. This is a great aperitif style with excellent balance and a sense of moreishness.
