Evel Douro Red 2014The Evel Tinto is produced from vines planted at Quinta das Carvalhas, Quinta dos Aciprestes and Quinta de Cidrô, located in Pinhão, Vale do Tua and São João da Pesqueira. The first two locations benefit from a warm climate where wines are structured and elegante while Quinta de Cidrô benefits from a cool climate that permits the slow maturation of grapes and the production of aromatic wines with smooth tanins. The Evel Red is considered a typical Douro reference, with aromas of red fruit and green notes, typical for the region. It reveals itself very balanced, flavourful and round with a good structure and a fruity, persistent finish.
Casa Santos Lima Colossal Reserva Red 2014With an intense rubi colour, this wine presents itself with a great concentration in the nose. Extremely rich aroma with predominance of red ripe frutis and some floral notes, well integrated with notes of spices coming from the ageing in French and American aok barrels. In the mouth it shows great complexity with notes of plums and blackberries. The finish is rich and elegant.
Dancing Coyote Pinot Noir 2016Smooth and silky with bright cherry and raspberry fruit notes, and a hint of toasted almonds. With light tannins, this easy drinking Pinot has a soft lingering finish. Pairings: This elegant Pinot Noir is best served slightly below room temperature (60-64ÂºF). It pairs well with earthy flavors found in dishes made with mushrooms; cheeses such as brie and chevre; or with duck confit. A great food wine that will highlight the flavors, rather than overpower them.
Domaine de Pajot Cotes de Gascogne Les Quatre 2017Nose: Citruses, boxwood, exotic fruits, white fruits. Palate: lively attacks, aromatic persistence. Colour: pale yellow, almost colourless. should be drunk at the aperitive, will go very well with white meats, soft cheeses and of course fishes and seafood.

Swiftly followed by red currant jam and black pepper, the supple mouthfeel fills out this full-bodied wine.
