Rosé Antxiola Txakoli. low fermentation, it brings a natural sparkle. Light fragance, and with ocean and calcareous esences from the Gipuzkoan Coast. Brightful and fresh. Salmon pink color, with a red fruits hue, smoke and spices. Textured palate and enhaced with ripe cherry. With notes of wild fruits and spices and also the typical cytric note of Hondarrabi Zuri grape. Balanced acidity,fine and juicy. Penetrating flavour light like the sea. Food Pairing: It pairs well with cheese, rice. chicken, white meat and also fish.
The age range of the vines are 10 - 40 years old. They have 2 hectares near the coast on rolling hills. The vineyards are located at about 90 meters above sea level. All work in the vineyards is done by hand including harvest. The vines are planted on the sunny sides of the hills to keep them dry and free of rot and fungal diseases. All Hondurrabi Beltza (red grape). Skin maceration for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation then takes place in stainless steel with indigenous yeast." Distributor Note
