Château-Rollan-de-By Medoc 2011Located in the northern part of Medoc, not far from the Atlantic Ocean and close to the Estuary of the Gironde, the Domaines Rollan de By is a 180-hectare vineyard that benefits from a microclimate, protected from extreme conditions. Taking care of every detail, viniculturists have chosen the best areas to cultivate each grape variety. On gravelly soil, combined with sand and clay sub-layers, the vines have their roots deep into the arid soil. We implemented a rational way of culture that respects the environment as much as possible and return to traditional viticulture without excluding new technologies when they provide quality benefits. A minutious daily care is given to the maintenance and development of our vineyard.
Moulin d'Issan Bordeaux Supérieur 2014From August 21st until the end of November, summer conditions are setting in for long with continuous heat and dry weather. The Indian summer has allowed a rigorous selection plot by plot, offering to our 2 grape varieties progressive and optimal ripeness. The harvested berries present a beautiful fruit crunchy and generous, with some delicate and refined tannins. Thanks to the perfect conditions during the month of June, we have obtained a homogeneous flowering around June 25th, without gaps between the Merlot and the Cabernet Sauvignon.
Espirit de Pavie Bordeaux 2012The vines are worked with a minimum of chemical treatments. Green harvests are made, and a first leaf-thinning on the eastern side of the vines at the end of June is followed by a second thinning on the vines' western side towards mid-August.

La Dame de Montrose Saint Estephe 2012The robe is silky with an average intensity and a beautiful cherry red colour. The nose is very expressive and concentrated, slightly sweet and woody, with a mixture of red fruit aromas, raspberry, and morello cherry. The palate is powerful and racy, combining suppleness and tight tannins. Beautiful length in the mouth, with tannins less evident in the after-taste. A Second wine well balanced and accessible.
Chateau Clerc Milon Pauillac 2011The wine is a deep and radiant garnet red. The nose reveals finely toasted spice and tobacco notes combined with more intense aromas of red fruit and cherry stone, with a mineral touch. The palate is full and well-defined, dominated by the lustre of succulent fruit and refined, flavoursome tannins that open on a hint of chocolate. The long, warm-hearted finish is lifted by a slightly saline taste. A superb wine in a particularly demanding vintage.
Chateau La Barotte Reserve Bordeaux 2013Black color with crimson tints, brimming with black fruit flavors, blackberry and black cherry, as well as red fruits: blackcurrant, crushed strawberry and licorice. Spicy and toasty, full bodied with ripe and toasty tannins on the long finish. Perfect with red meat, grilled meat and game. Also well suited for pasta, red sauces and cheese.
Chateau les Rouilleres Bordeaux 2015This wine has cherry color of a medium intensity. It is aromatic with notes of red fruits and spices. The tannis are supple and the wine is fine and balanced. A spectacular Bordeaux from the much heralded 2009 vintage with a level of complexity that far exceeds its humble price point. Goes great with grilled meats and cheese.
