Our grapes grow in the Maipo Valley, which stretches from the highlands to the coastal areas; therefore, the vineyards are under the in uence of the Andes. Higher altitude vineyards favor the development of phenols and tannins, while the ones located near the lake produce gentle and elegant tannins. e valley has a charac- teristic rocky clay-loam soil that gives wine a balanced acidity. Pair with cheeses, pasta and meat.
