Strong yellow color. The nose expresses a wide and elegant aromatic range, in which the typical scent of hay is combined with floral and walnut hints. Excellent structure, the palate is full-bodied and vigorous, but with an intensity of fruit that gives it balance. Pairs well with rich and important dishes such as bolognese pie, eggplant parmigiana, pasta alla Norma, cured meats such as the culatello emiliano and the soppressa veneta, finocchiona toscana.
