The grapes that go into this wine are cultivated in mostly organically-farmed vineyards nestled in the McLaren ranges of coastal South Australia. Here, cool sea breezes ripen the grapes slowly, resulting in a wine that exhibits the perfect balance of color, fruit, and spice.

Evel Douro Red 2014The Evel Tinto is produced from vines planted at Quinta das Carvalhas, Quinta dos Aciprestes and Quinta de Cidrô, located in Pinhão, Vale do Tua and São João da Pesqueira. The first two locations benefit from a warm climate where wines are structured and elegante while Quinta de Cidrô benefits from a cool climate that permits the slow maturation of grapes and the production of aromatic wines with smooth tanins. The Evel Red is considered a typical Douro reference, with aromas of red fruit and green notes, typical for the region. It reveals itself very balanced, flavourful and round with a good structure and a fruity, persistent finish.
Casa Santos Lima Colossal Reserva Red 2014With an intense rubi colour, this wine presents itself with a great concentration in the nose. Extremely rich aroma with predominance of red ripe frutis and some floral notes, well integrated with notes of spices coming from the ageing in French and American aok barrels. In the mouth it shows great complexity with notes of plums and blackberries. The finish is rich and elegant.
Greystone Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon 2015Color: A rich garnet red. Aroma: Raspberry and plum aromas are layered with graham cracker, cocoa powder, and vanilla. Taste: The bright entry enhances the plum fruit flavors and minerality through the core of this wine. Oak highlights the mid-palate to finish with tobacco, vanilla and toasty notes.

Domaine de Pajot Cotes de Gascogne Les Quatre 2017Nose: Citruses, boxwood, exotic fruits, white fruits. Palate: lively attacks, aromatic persistence. Colour: pale yellow, almost colourless. should be drunk at the aperitive, will go very well with white meats, soft cheeses and of course fishes and seafood.
Bogle Cabernet Sauvignon 2016Deeply extracted cherry and bright cassis arrest the senses, holding captive on both the nose and the palate. Swiftly followed by red currant jam and black pepper, the supple mouthfeel fills out this full-bodied wine. Toasty coconut and spicy oak from the American oak heightens the dense fruit, and the wine finishes with stellar tannins softened by just a hint sweet pipe tobacco. Bogle Old Vine Zinfandel 2016Cedar, juniper berry and sweet dried herbs greet the nose of this wine, while focused flavors of dried plums, cranberries and cherries sink into a decadent, plush mouthfeel. Saturated and dense, the wine finishes with touches of licorice and spicy oak from the 12 months in 2 year-old American oak barrels. Chasing Venus Sauvignon Blanc 2018The moment the bottle is opened there is no doubt that this is a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Explosive aromas of grapefruit, mango and fresh mown grass lead into intense flavors of lychee, citrus and star fruit. The bright lime-zest finish is both crisp and lingering. The 2018 Chasing Venus Sauvignon Blanc is produced from grapes grown on small family farms in the acclaimed Marlborough appellation. The McLean vineyard is located in the heart of the appellation where the free-draining alluvial soils contribute the mango and ripe green aromas, while the Comely Bank fruit is all about citrus and zest.
Domaine Bousquet Premium Malbec 2018It has a dark, almost black violet color, typical of Malbec with aromas of Blackberry, green pepper and blackcurrant. In the mouth, ripe plums and chocolate are perceived, with a smooth and elegant entrance.

Ataliva Malbec 2016An entry-level offering from Bodega Benegas, Ataliva is made with 100% Malbec grapes sourced from the Upper bank of the Mendoza River and from Tupungato's Uco Valley. Aged in French oak barrels (2nd and 3rd use) for about 6 months. At 14.5% Ataliva is a big wine and there is enough structure to balance the fruit and ripeness and subtle earthy elements lend a welcome savory aspect. Enjoy with grilled meat and BBQ.
Bogle Petite Sirah 2015Petite Sirah is known for its concentration and intensity, the 2015 vintage is no exception. Inky purple in the glass, this deeply colored wine resonates with juicy blueberries and hints of freshly turned earth. Succulent and savory notes of dark berries and roasted spices create a supple and mouth-filling texture. Aging in American oak for 12 months captures and concentrates the flavors, leading to a finish with chalky and chewy tannins laced with vanilla, toasted brown sugar and dark cocoa.
