Evel Douro Red 2014The Evel Tinto is produced from vines planted at Quinta das Carvalhas, Quinta dos Aciprestes and Quinta de Cidrô, located in Pinhão, Vale do Tua and São João da Pesqueira. The first two locations benefit from a warm climate where wines are structured and elegante while Quinta de Cidrô benefits from a cool climate that permits the slow maturation of grapes and the production of aromatic wines with smooth tanins. The Evel Red is considered a typical Douro reference, with aromas of red fruit and green notes, typical for the region. It reveals itself very balanced, flavourful and round with a good structure and a fruity, persistent finish.
Casa Santos Lima Colossal Reserva Red 2014With an intense rubi colour, this wine presents itself with a great concentration in the nose. Extremely rich aroma with predominance of red ripe frutis and some floral notes, well integrated with notes of spices coming from the ageing in French and American aok barrels. In the mouth it shows great complexity with notes of plums and blackberries. The finish is rich and elegant.
Domaine de Pajot Cotes de Gascogne Les Quatre 2017Nose: Citruses, boxwood, exotic fruits, white fruits. Palate: lively attacks, aromatic persistence. Colour: pale yellow, almost colourless. should be drunk at the aperitive, will go very well with white meats, soft cheeses and of course fishes and seafood.
Bogle Cabernet Sauvignon 2016Deeply extracted cherry and bright cassis arrest the senses, holding captive on both the nose and the palate. Swiftly followed by red currant jam and black pepper, the supple mouthfeel fills out this full-bodied wine. Toasty coconut and spicy oak from the American oak heightens the dense fruit, and the wine finishes with stellar tannins softened by just a hint sweet pipe tobacco. Ataliva Malbec 2016An entry-level offering from Bodega Benegas, Ataliva is made with 100% Malbec grapes sourced from the Upper bank of the Mendoza River and from Tupungato's Uco Valley. Aged in French oak barrels (2nd and 3rd use) for about 6 months. At 14.5% Ataliva is a big wine and there is enough structure to balance the fruit and ripeness and subtle earthy elements lend a welcome savory aspect. Enjoy with grilled meat and BBQ.
Bogle Petite Sirah 2015Petite Sirah is known for its concentration and intensity, the 2015 vintage is no exception. Inky purple in the glass, this deeply colored wine resonates with juicy blueberries and hints of freshly turned earth. Julien Braud Forty Ounce Rosé 1LIt's back! America's favorite Forty Ounce. Made by winemaker Julien Braud, a top-notch Muscadet producer, this rosé is blend of 53% Gamay, 33% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and 4% Pineau d'Aunis. The fun packaging and reasonable price may lead you to believe this is all a gimmick--when a social media blitz erupted over the 2016 Forty Ounce, it became one of our biggest surprise hits of 2017--but don’t let the kitschy package fool you, this is a pretty serious rosé with a vibrant pink hue laced with gorgeous flavors of white cherries and strawberry with a hint of marjoram. The palate is full for a rosé and keeps on going. This is a terrific wine for just hanging out with friends and having a little nosh of roasted root vegetable and grilled meats. Julien uses organic and biodynamic practices in all of his winemaking and makes sure that all the fruit he uses for the “Forty” is farmed using sustainable practices.

Gérard Boulay Sancerre Rosé 2018Varietals: Pinot Noir Organic: Practicing Vineyard: From 35-40 year old Pinot Noir vines on the steep hillsides in front of the Boulay home in Chavignol.
