From August 21st until the end of November, summer conditions are setting in for long with continuous heat and dry weather. The Indian summer has allowed a rigorous selection plot by plot, offering to our 2 grape varieties progressive and optimal ripeness. The harvested berries present a beautiful fruit crunchy and generous, with some delicate and refined tannins. Thanks to the perfect conditions during the month of June, we have obtained a homogeneous flowering around June 25th, without gaps between the Merlot and the Cabernet Sauvignon.
Fifty Shades of Grey Red SatinThis decadent blend has flavors of black cherry, cocoa powder, creamy caramel and vanilla, leather and clove spice. Red Satin is a blend of primarily Petite Sirah and Syrah, it was aged in a combination of new and seasoned French oak barrels.
Catena Zapata Alta Malbec 2013Catena Alta Malbec is sourced from Lot 18 of the Angélica vineyard, located in Lunlunta (3018 ft elevation), Lot 4 from the La Pirámide vineyard, located in Agrelo (3117 ft elevation), Lot 2 from the La Consulta vineyard, located in La Consulta (3593 ft elevation), and Lots 3 & 9 from the Adrianna vineyard, located in Gualtallary (4757 ft elevations). This wine undergoes a demanding selection process in both the vineyard and the winery.

Sigalas Santorini 2016Straw-blonde color with light shades of green. Subtle nose of citrus fruit. Excellent structure, full-bodied with rich mineral character and crisp acidity with a long aftertaste. Serve with fish, seafood and white meats with light sauces.

Fog Theory Pinot Noir 2014The 2014 Fog Theory is exceptionally dark and rich. Aromas of ripe raspberry and dark berry fill the glass with hints of vanilla. The 20% new oak allows the grape tannin to shine, while still contributing barrel spices to the palate. A full, lush mouthfeel is accented by soft notes of nutmeg and pepper on the finish.
Venge Scout's Honor 2015This vintage has a gorgeous, concentrated assemblage of aromas of stone fruits, crushed blue herbs, violets, cherry, anise, and a touch of honeysuckle. On the palate is pure richness from the old-vine Zinfandel with loads of super-ripe blackberry, pepper spice, and an enveloping masculinity of char and tannins from the Syrah, Charbono and Petite Sirah. A seamless balance and mouth coating deliciousness are found throughout the palate, with an extra long finish with a touch of barrel tannin at the end. 2015 Scout's Honor is certainly a generous mouthful of red wine that we recommend be opened and enjoyed immediately upon release. Cellared correctly it will age for 5 to 8 years.
Ramos Torres Branches Red Blend 2010Branches is our wine label that focuses on big, rich Cabernet Sauvignon based wines. The name "Branches" comes for a colloquial translation of Ramos from Spanish to English. We source our Cabernet Sauvignon for Branches from the Peterson Vineyard in Lodi, CA. The Peterson Vineyard produces fruit of incredible richness and complexity on its sandy soils. The Peterson's have been farming the land sustainably for four generations.
Justin Cabernet Sauvignon 2015Appearance: Dark purple ruby core, slightly lighter at the rim showing light staining on the glass. Aroma: Aromatic with bright ripe black cherry and blackcurrant fruit, baking spice, savory dried autumn leaves, subtle violet floral notes with a hint of caramelized barrel sweetness. Palate: Dry, moderate plus bodied, with ripe red and black cherry, and blackcurrant fruit joined by vanilla and cinnamon spice notes on the entry. The mid-palate is fresh with sustained ripe fruit, toasty oak notes and softly textured tannins. The finish is moderately long with notes of cherry candy and blackcurrant fruit matched with subtle classic Cabernet savory elements. Pairings: The 2015 JUSTIN Cabernet Sauvignon is a great all-around choice for a wide range of food pairings from a simple cheese and charcuterie plate or a burger to vegetable lasagna, or even a prime rib. Cherry Pie Stanly Ranch Pinot Noir 2013A very showy wine - bright red in color. A swirl grips the glass and leaving a magenta stain. On the nose, fruit pours out of the glass immediately. Cherry liqeur, raspberry and camphor - there's even little French Toast in the background. Bright acidity wraps the red fruits and black cherry on the palate. The tannins are youthful. A purists Pinot Noir.

Merry Edwards Russian River Valley Sauvignon Blanc 2015Our style of Sauvignon Blanc is designed to bring out the best in this regal varietal. It's highly floral, effusing scents of hibiscus, honeysuckle, jasmine and orange blossom. Notes of muskmelon, mango, papaya and guava widen the aroma, along with accents of white peach, nectarine and Meyer lemon. Hints of minerality, crème brûlée and toasted hazelnuts add even more sophistication. In the mouth, this wine is lush with good viscosity. This richness is balanced by sweet Ruby Red grapefruit, tangerine zest and lively acidity throughout. Our Sauvignon Blanc ages along with the best of those from Sancerre.
Binomio Montepulciano d'Abruzzo 2012Deep dense intense ruby red colour, with a purple viscous rim. Intense nose with ripe blackberry, wild strawberry and spices. Powerful and expansive on the palate, with ripe tannins and great balance. Round and fresh ending, long-lasting, with aromatic persistence. Food Pairing: Pecora alla Callara. Oven-baked or grilled meat. Matured cheese.

Conundrum Red 2014With an alluring crimson color, this wine draws you in with aromas of dark German chocolate, rich berries and fresh lavender. The nose conveys just the right amount of oak, making you think of a campfire in the woods, with an earthy scent in the air. It is the result of a selection of Lynch-Bages' youngest vines and specific plots which represent between 25 to 40 % of the harvest depending on the vintage. Echo de Lynch-Bages is round, soft and seductive in its youth with outstanding potential for bottle age.
La Dame de Montrose Saint Estephe 2012The robe is silky with an average intensity and a beautiful cherry red colour. The nose is very expressive and concentrated, slightly sweet and woody, with a mixture of red fruit aromas, raspberry, and morello cherry. The palate is powerful and racy, combining suppleness and tight tannins. Beautiful length in the mouth, with tannins less evident in the after-taste. A Second wine well balanced and accessible.

The nose reveals finely toasted spice and tobacco notes combined with more intense aromas of red fruit and cherry stone, with a mineral touch. Its nose is aromatic with hints of cherry, raspberry and blackcurrant, enlivened with sweet pepper. The fruity freshness of the bouquet is equally complemented by floral hints (blueberry flowers). Its attack, delicately wrapped, reveals a sweet fruity evolution. On the palate, flavours of raspberry, fresh cherry and redcurrant develop, complemented with fine spices. Its finish is persistent and flavoursome.
