From August 21st until the end of November, summer conditions are setting in for long with continuous heat and dry weather. The Indian summer has allowed a rigorous selection plot by plot, offering to our 2 grape varieties progressive and optimal ripeness. The harvested berries present a beautiful fruit crunchy and generous, with some delicate and refined tannins. Thanks to the perfect conditions during the month of June, we have obtained a homogeneous flowering around June 25th, without gaps between the Merlot and the Cabernet Sauvignon.

Chateau Paret Cotes de Bordeaux 2016The nose shows notes of fragrant strawberry and raspberry. In the mouth, it is smooth and medium-bodied, full of ripe fruit. Château Paret goes well with any red meat.
Château Clarke Baron Edmond de Rothschild Listrac 2011Château Clarke 2011 is a beautiful crimson color with a deep purple rim. Both intense and complex, the nose displays fresh fruit aromas (black currant and black cherry) and elegant oak nuances, as well as hints of menthol and liquorice with aeration. The wine starts out round and straightforward and follows with rich, concentrated and velvety tannic texture along with beautiful acidity that provides balance and freshness.
Chateau le Breton Grande Reserve 2018This Beautiful Château is surrounded by 29 acres of vines located in the village of Gensac. The hilly Bordeaux Region overlooks the Dorgogne River, and is a fantastic place to produce the famous Bordeaux Blend. With its charming ruby color and delicate nose of red fruit aromas, this wine offers full body and supple mouth with a long finish.

Chateau Clerc Milon Pauillac 2011The wine is a deep and radiant garnet red. The nose reveals finely toasted spice and tobacco notes combined with more intense aromas of red fruit and cherry stone, with a mineral touch. The palate is full and well-defined, dominated by the lustre of succulent fruit and refined, flavoursome tannins that open on a hint of chocolate. The long, warm-hearted finish is lifted by a slightly saline taste. A superb wine in a particularly demanding vintage.
Chateau les Rouilleres Bordeaux 2015This wine has cherry color of a medium intensity. It is aromatic with notes of red fruits and spices. The tannis are supple and the wine is fine and balanced. A spectacular Bordeaux from the much heralded 2009 vintage with a level of complexity that far exceeds its humble price point. Goes great with grilled meats and cheese. Ramos Torres Branches Red Blend 2010Branches is our wine label that focuses on big, rich Cabernet Sauvignon based wines. The name "Branches" comes for a colloquial translation of Ramos from Spanish to English. We source our Cabernet Sauvignon for Branches from the Peterson Vineyard in Lodi, CA. The Peterson Vineyard produces fruit of incredible richness and complexity on its sandy soils. The Peterson's have been farming the land sustainably for four generations.
The Prisoner Wine Company Thorn Merlot 2014Our winemaking team works with a family of growers to source a diverse variety of grapes from premier vineyards throughout California. The resulting wines are interesting blends of distinct quality and character. Earthy aromas open up into cocoa, blackberry, cedar, and anise. The entry is smooth with flavors of cherry, chocolate, vanilla, and a mild toastiness. The finish is long with balanced acidity.
Bodegas y Vinedos Maurodos Prima 2014Prima 2014 Region: Toro D.O. Winery: MAURODOS, BODEGAS Y VINEDOS Grapes: 85% Tinta de Toro, 15% Garnacha Vintage: 2014 Color: Red The grapes for Prima are sourced from vines between 10 and 50 years of age. The vineyards for this wine are growing in sandy-clay soils with gravelly subsoils. Vineyards are trained both en vaso and to wire. The younger estate vines were planted at higher density than existing plantings. This 2014 vintage is uniformed in quantity and quality with balanced phenolic ripeness, aromatic intensity, precise fruit, smooth tannins and well measured aging. Winter was relatively warm, with below average rainfall and rapid bud break. Early flowering in the beginning in June due to a frost-free Spring. Veraison came early and harvesting started September 8th. Harvesting took place for four weeks with perfect weather conditions and occasional storms refreshing the grapes, which had no impact on the health of the fruit. The grapes are harvested by hand with a selection of grapes in the vineyard. The wine is fermented in temperature controlled, conical, stainless steel tanks which allow for caps to naturally be broken very softly during pump overs. The wine was aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels of different ages. Bottled in February 2016.

Aged in and American French oak, it shows massively rich flavors of blackberries and cassis. This medium-bodied wine shows lush mouthfeel, balance and complexity. The ripe, sweet tannins and a touch of toasted oak complete the gentle finish.
Adobe Road Redline 2016Premier Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Malbec and Petite Syrah combine with lush Syrah from Sonoma to produce an impressive yet approachable red blend encompassing the best fruit California has to offer. Redline was aged in toasted French oak, enhancing the natural tannin of the varietals with a subtle smokiness. Canvasback Cabernet Sauvignon 2015Showing the warmth and generosity of the growing season, this wine offers effusive aromas of Bing cherry, ripe strawberry and plum. As it evolves, additional aromas of molasses and ginger reveal themselves, along with a savory whiff of sagebrush that echoes Red Mountain's desert environment. On the palate, the wine has notable presence and depth. The entry is creamy and fine-grained, and a voluminous mid-palate displays gorgeous flavors of black plum, marionberry and grenadine, with notes of nutmeg and hazelnut adding complexity to the juicy fruit.
Altamura Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2015Fermentation of Altamura Cabernet Sauvignon occurs in both open and closed top fermenters. Certain lots are allowed to macerate on their skins for up to three weeks following fermentation. This technique produces a wine with softer, more integrated tannins, which carry fruit and oak nuances through to the palate. The wine is racked into 70% new French oak barrels for a period of 34 months. The wine is lightly filtered and then bottled.
Cade Howell Mountain Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2016The 2016 vintage is a special one since it features fruit from our newest 82-acre estate on Howell Mountain, CADE 13th Vineyard. A potpourri of aromas explode from the glass with notes of raspberry coulis, black cherry, cedar, cocoa nib, boysenberry, mint, graham cracker, and a hint of lavender, rose and bay. The palette follows with bright flavors of red cherry and strawberry jam before tertiary elements of coffee, dark chocolate, licorice, and fresh plums take over. This wine is full-bodied displaying archetypal Howell Mountain tannin balanced by an elegant structure.
