This Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc is grown in compact limestone soil, which imparts a nice minerality, characteristic for the region. Pale yellow with hints of green in the glass with minerality and citrus in the nose. The palate is clean and balanced with nice acidity and characterized by notes of grapefruit and bergamot, as well as other citrus flavors.
