Our Dalla Valle Cabernet Sauvignon is blended with a small amount of Cabernet Franc and aged in fifty to sixty percent new French oak barrels. This wine is consistent in its sleek sophistication, impressive structure and velvety berry flavors vintage after vintage - classic Napa Valley Cabernet in every facet.

A potent wine, dark, rich and concentrated, with a tight, intense, sharply focused beam of spicy currant, black cherry, blackberry and boysenberry fruit that unfolds gracefully, revealing extra facets of depth and complexity. Best from 2004 through 2012. 2,000 cases made.

Ripe, rich and elegant, this wine is brimming with black plum, strawberry, cassis, chocolate, spice and herb notes. It’s smooth-textured and seamlessly integrated, even at this early stage. Firm, plush tannins and just the right amount of toasty oak frame the ensemble.

Wine Advocate
The opaque purple-colored 1999 Cabernet Sauvignon boasts exceptionally sweet fruit as well as a tell-tale perfume of melted licorice, black currant liqueur, and hints of blueberries and flowers. This wine is long, ripe, and full-bodied, with the vintage's more noticeable, astringent tannin. It will be at its apogee between 2006-2021.

Screw Cap
Wines sealed with a screw cap as opposed to a cork, which experts report protects and preserves wine more effectively than does a cork, while also eliminating the possibility of cork taint.
No Sulfites
All wines naturally contain some sulfites, however wines that contain less than 10 parts per million sulfites are not required to include "Contains Sulfites" on their labels.
