Pale gold with a strong bead. Lively lemon, quince and honeysuckle on the nose, with a nervy underpinning of minerals. A brisk and finely etched blanc de blancs, offering clean citrus and orchard fruit flavors along with subtle anise and floral qualities. Finishes with very good clarity and cut.
