The vineyards were established in 1976 by Ben Feder, a pioneer in Hudson Valley viticulture, who understood that the local terroir was ideal for the Seyval Blanc grape. In the tradition of a small, permium European estate, they product a number of distinguished wines and champagnes which are Estate Bottled, meaning that they are made exclusively from grapes grown in their own vineyard.
Seyval Naturel - (Méthode champenoise) This unique 100% Seyval Champagne is bright with a core of fruit flavors, hints of apple and pear yield a toasty fresh finish. For the classic aperitif, add our Cassis to this wine for an excellent kir royale. - A great way to open hanksgiving dinner. - Think Amertican!
